Delivery methods
Orders, for standard products, that are received by 1 p.m. will normally be shipped the same working day using our UPS account or, if preferred, your own account with an alternative courier. We often ship using other couriers such as DHL, FedEx and TNT.

The following is an indication of delivery times based on using our UPS account.
UK - Deliveries to most parts of the UK is normally on a next working day basis - urgent timed deliveries are also available.
Europe - A choice of delivery times to most areas is available from 1 to 3 business days depending on courier service selected.
USA - A choice of delivery times to most areas is available from 1 to 4 business days depending on courier service selected.
Rest of World - A choice of delivery times to most areas is available from 2 to 5 business days depending on courier service selected.
