Adhesive Lined Heat Shrink Tubing

This product range is manufactured from high quality irradiation cross-linked Polyolefin heat shrink tubing.  It is UL approved and RoHS compliant.

Adhesive lined heat shrink tubing, also known as glue lined heat shrink tubing, is manufactured with a dual wall of Polyolefin outer and a hot-melt adhesive inner lining.  It is designed to insulate and seal electrical and mechanical components against water and moisture. 

Applications include general electrical insulation, mechanical protection and cable and harness bundling. Adhesive lined heat shrink tubing is widely used in marine, automotive, electrical and general industrial industries.

FiniTUBE CDW3X

This is our most popular adhesive lined product, with a 3:1 shrinkage ratio for easy installation over irregular or large components. With excellent electrical and mechanical properties, it is flexible and flame retardant (except the Clear version).  FiniTUBE CDW3X is available in supplied sizes from 3mm to 50mm internal diameter in Black, Red and Clear. 

Supplied in packs of 1.2M lengths.  FiniTUBE CDW3X is also available in MiniPACKS and MiniKITS.  Custom cut lengths are available to order.

This adhesive lined heat shrink has an extra large 4:1 shrinkage ratio for easy installation over irregular or large components.  With excellent electrical and mechanical properties, it is flexible and flame retardant. FiniTUBE CDW4X is available in supplied sizes from 4mm to 52mm internal diameter in Black.

Supplied in packs of 1.2M lengths.  FiniTUBE CDW4X is also available in MiniPACKS and MiniKITS.  Custom cut lengths are available to order.
